Metal Prints Canada strives its hardest to ensure that all deliveries and orders are made on time or ahead of schedule. It is also our aim to ensure that the delivery of all our products is made safely to your doorstep by using the best shipping carriers available.
Our production and shipping teams are active from Monday to Friday to ensure a fast turnaround and a smooth delivery process.

**When ordering the Performance EXT Metal Surface expect an additional two days of production time in addition to the standard production time for the style of prints you are looking to order.**
Metal Prints Canada currently ships Metal Prints in all provinces and territories within Canada. We reserve the right to choose the most cost-effective and reliable shipping carrier based on the item you have ordered and its intended destination. Transit and shipping time for most orders can range anywhere from 1-7 business days.
However, when it comes to shipping many factors can contribute to delays that are beyond our control, especially, due to the pandemic and changing economic policies. As such, delays are possible regardless of how hard we try to limit such occurrences.

For special custom orders that are over 30″ on the short side, or over 40″ in length are more susceptible to damage while shipping and must be crated at an additional cost.
Products over 40″ long that are shipped flat may require freight shipping. We also offer freight quotes for these orders, however, we would require additional time to prepare a quote for the costs incurred and the estimated freight delivery times.
Any and all additional Crate & Freighting Fees will be billed separately after processing your order.
All sales are final and as such Metal Prints Canada does not accept any returns. You are, however, entitled to cancel your order as per our terms and conditions.
We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination. However, if a product arrives damaged as a result of a manufacturing defect you must get in touch with our team via email. Pictures will be required to show proof of the damage.
In such an instance, a return is permitted as long as the product is in the same condition as it was upon arrival with the packaging still intact.
